Description
A markedly enlarged liver, pale in colour, fatty in appearance and, on the upper margin, one can
see the rolled edge of swelling. This man at autopsy was found to have a fatty liver (weighing 5000
g.) and haemorrhagic pancreatitis with extensive fat necrosis.
